Central to the activities of K.A. Paul and Global Peace Initiative are World Peace Rallies, that take place in many countries around the globe each year. Known to many as ‘Paul's Peace Rallies‘, these events are attended by literally millions of people every year. Tens of millions more watch and listen by electronic broadcast. K.A. Paul has built vast grassroots networks from attendees at these rallies. Noted national leaders, heads of state, business leaders and local celebrities often turn out to provide support and validation of Paul's work. With one of the world's largest orphanages and training centers on a single campus site, Global Peace Initiative's Charity City in Hyderabad, India boasts a 1,100 acre campus that has become a model of cost efficiency and high impact delivery of services to the poorest of the poor, including 750 orphans in Southern India.
Founded by Indian citizen and noted world leader, Dr. K.A. Paul, Global Peace Initiative and its influential supporters worldwide have reached millions of the world's most vulnerable citizens through dozens of Peace Rallies, attended by literally millions of people. In February of 2003, three nights of Peace Rallies in Mumbai, (Bombay) India saw over 300,000 people in attendance.

GPI is planning to inaugurate Global Peace One this fall as peacemakers from the United States climb aboard this unique aircraft to travel to Africa and India to attend and support GPI Peace Rallies being planned there. Visits to Charity City in Hyderabad will take place as well. Recent Peace Rallies in Nigeria drew over 2 million participants, and February Peace Rallies in Bombay drew over 300,000 people. GPI plans stopovers in places like Ethiopia to deliver relief supplies.

Global Peace Initiative was pleased to host a Congressional and Diplomatic Luncheon on May 22, 2003 in the Rayburn Building of the United States Capitol. Dr. K.A. Paul along with several of the GPI Peace Ambassadors served as host to numerous members of the U.S. Congress and dozens of diplomats representing their respective embassies. The event was quite successful as several congressional leaders and world diplomats were acquainted with each other and volunteered to join GPI efforts to bring humanitarian relief around the world. GPI Ambassadors and former Congressmen Bob Clement, Ronnie Shows, and Matt Salmon were special hosts. Dr. K.A. Paul brought greetings andshared time with leading diplomats representing numerous embassies.
